Let’s Talk offers informal consultations on a drop-in basis at the UO Mental Health Center. Students are seen on a first-come, first-served basis either in person at locations across campus and/or virtually. Let’s Talk appointments are brief (usually between 15–30 minutes) and are meant to be used on an as-needed basis. There is no scheduling needed and no paperwork to complete.

Mental Health Access Team (MHAT) is available for walk in mental health care access for in-the-moment needs. The Mental Health Access Team is designed to help reduce barriers for access to mental health care and provide a bridge to other UHS mental health services. The staff includes mental health professionals such as intake/crisis specialists and case managers. Appointments are not required.
