Strategies Groups

Strategies and Working Groups are autonomous groups of faculty, staff, and students that are open to people of all racial and ethnic backgrounds. The idea for these community groups came from our Native/Indigenous faculty, staff, and students, who organized and modeled the organizational structure for others on campus. Their goal is to improve access, opportunity and achievement for all members of the University community by advocating for system, process and policy changes that make the UO more inclusively excellent and respectful to all.  Contact: Ruth Huang
