Leadership Enrichment
Internship Program
Our Leadership Enrichment Internship (LEI) program offers UO students paid, cohort-based internship experiences focused on professional growth, leadership development, and career exploration. LEI affords students real-world workplace experience while receiving mentorship and supervision from industry and community professionals. Interns build community with peers, develop transferable skills, and gain clarity around career goals. First piloted in spring 2016, LEI continues with ongoing funding and campus support. Scholarships & Awards
