Mission
The Black Strategies Group supports the professional development and social engagement of Black faculty, staff, and graduate students at the University of Oregon. The group also works to foster an inclusive, empowering, and supportive community for its members.

Black faculty, staff, and graduate students, as well as campus partners interested in supporting the group’s community-building and advocacy work.
Meeting Information
Monthly meetings are held via Zoom. BSG also hosts in-person, hybrid, and remote opportunities to accommodate members in Eugene, Portland, and remote locations. Contact the group for the current term meeting schedule and information about joining the Black Professionals of the UO Teams group.
