Mental Health Center
Let’s Talk offers informal consultations on a drop-in basis. Students are seen on a first-come, first-served basis either in person at locations across campus and/or virtually. Appointments are brief (usually between 15–30 minutes) and are meant to be used on an as-needed basis. No scheduling needed and no paperwork. Mental Health Access Team (MHAT) is available for walk in mental health care access for in-the-moment needs. Appointments are not required. Help is also available through the National Domestic Violence Hotline SASS: Sexual Assault Support Services (Lane County), UO Counseling Center, Wellness: Division of Student Life. Here are some self care resources for managing stress and anxiety.
