In June of 2022, Gallup, our independent survey consultant, presented the initial results to university leadership, UO leadership shared a message with employees about the initial results and how they will be reviewed, analyzed and used to enhance the campus climate.
Gallup has provided a variety of reports on the survey results. They will continue to work with the analysis team to provide more detailed analysis.

Next Steps
In fall 2022, the university vice presidents and deans received access to data specific to their units, schools, or colleges via the Gallup data access platform. They have begun assessments of their unit level opportunities for improvement.
