The Startalk Coaching Program is based on the idea that all of us have the potential to be “lights’” or “stars,” and that our lights shine especially during times of darkness.
Its purpose is to provide members of the University of Oregon campus who are on the frontline of helping with UO continuity, engagement and recovery efforts, with a coach who can partner with them to clear, brainstorm, perspective shift and be reminded that they have the power of choice and can co-actively turn personal as well as institutional crises and challenges into gifts and opportunities.
