Dr. Dawn Marie Kier, affectionately known as the “heart doctor,” is the founder of New Dawn Consulting. Her personal mission is to develop leaders in love. Inside and outside of the business, she relentlessly pursues the identification and removal of root problems that keep leaders, teams, and organizations from achieving desired outcomes. Dr. Dawn brings an innate sense of wisdom and insight to each interaction. She focuses on both how individuals, teams, and organizations think (Head Work) and how they feel (Heart Work) so they can show up more authentically and do the Hard Work of the day to day. Among her many roles, Dr. Dawn is a best-selling author, Executive Coach, and licensed minister. Outside of work, Dr. Dawn is a native-born Californian, holds a doctorate in organizational leadership, and is the mother of two children. When she’s not working, she can be caught on the phone or honing her skills as a ‘wanna be’ salsa dancer.

Jacqueline Levi is an Advisor, Coach, and Interpreter with over 30 years of experience. Her education includes certification for Leadership Training, Relationship Coaching, and Life Coaching with degrees in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology. She has an extensive background living and traveling in the US, Europe, Israel, as well as Mexico. She is fluent in Spanish and Hebrew in addition to English. She manages diverse relationships and conduct coaching workshops, presentations, and discussions.She is known for possessing an understanding of emotional and intuitive intelligence. This, together with imagination and wisdom, allows her clients to co-create with her a vision and then a plan for their future.

Yvette M. Alex-Assensoh

Yvette Alex-Assensoh uses a mixture of powerful questions, silence and humor to help people become a lot more self-aware and intentional about aligning their attitudes and behaviors with the future outcomes that they seek. Her coaching focuses on helping people to be fully alive and subsequently empowered in their personal as well as professional lives. She works to help leaders engage more effectively with their teams and helping them to put in place systems that lead to self-awareness, connection and accountability. Alex-Assensoh  is recent graduate of the Coaches Training Institute. In addition to being a coach, she is a professor of political science, lawyer and a UO campus administrator.
