Tracy Bars has worked at the University of Oregon since 1998. Prior to coming to DEI in January 2017, she held staff positions in the Lundquist College of Business and the College of Design.

Tracy was raised on the Oregon coast and tries to return to the beach every chance she gets. In her free time enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
