The Showcase Oregon Poster Gallery was intended to showcase projects from the Diversity Action Plans (DAPs) from each school and administrative unit as well as highlight the work of the DAP working groups.Poster content was intentionally brief to encourage attendees to engage with unit representatives.
The goals were:
Share the equity and inclusion work underway across campus;
Stimulate conversations amongst and between various units and stakeholder groups in an effort to encourage collaboration as well as mentoring;
Highlight DAP initiatives that were being recommended for centralization or campus-level organization.
