Kendaris is the Multicultural Academic Advisor, Black/African American Student Retention Specialist. He is from Little Rock, Arkansas and is a first generation college student. Kendaris graduated from the University of Oregon in 2013 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Ethnic Studies and will become a “Double Duck” after finishing his Master’s in Education. He has leadership experience from time with the Black Student Union, Multicultural Center, the Office of the Dean of Students, UO Athletics, CMAE, and many others. Outside of work, Kendaris enjoys coaching football and track, fishing, and traveling.
