Sophomore | Major: Political Science and Philosophy

Growing up in a poorer family, we always buzz cut my hair to avoid lice. At the end of high school and my first year in college, I let my hair grow longer and I really enjoyed it. This year I am pursuing internships within my career path and I have had a few family struggles. To focus, and in memoriam of a loved one, I buzzed my hair about two weeks ago. From my Danish roots, my hair was wavy and thick. From my Jewish roots, my beard is full. I like my hair.
