Typically, the difference in hair expectations between men and women is that men have short hair and women have long hair, but that is not the case anymore. Men are growing their hair long and women are cutting their hair short. I think this switching of hairstyles has allowed men and women to become closer because it is a great conversation starter for both males and females.
