Meet Dr. Sari Pascoe

Dr. Sari Pascoe

Assistant Vice President for Campus and Community Engagement, Office of the Vice President for Equity and Inclusion

Dr. Pascoe joined the Division of Equity and Inclusion from the University of Oregon’s Innovation Partnership Services, where she was in charge of managing Intellectual Property for faculty/staff, groups, and units across the university, collaborating with community and industry partners. Sari has over 15 years of successful, progressive performance in executive administration, leadership, strategic planning, evaluation and assessment, collaboration, instruction, research, and fundraising at San Francisco State University, Indiana University, University of North Texas,  University of Oregon and nonprofit organizations across the North West. 
 
In her new role as AVP for Community and Campus Engagement, Dr. Pascoe leads DEI efforts implementing the overall strategic campus and community engagement plan, engaging with campus groups around issues of equity and inclusion including training, workshops, helping coordinate employee resource groups and encouraging applied research that enhances social justice outcomes. She also works with Advancement to nurture relationships with community partners, including educational partnerships with other institutions, as well as bridges programs and represents DEI at Civic and Community functions.
 
Dr. Pascoe completed her Ph.D. in Educational Systems at Indiana University and, prior to that, earned a Master of Science in Instructional Technologies and a Bilingual K-12 Teaching Credential, both from San Francisco State University, as well as a BA in Organizational Management from Eastern University.
