Michael is a proud Duck, who graduated from the University of Oregon with an MBA in Sustainable Business Practices and received the Global Scholars Award during his studies. Prior to pursuing his graduate degree, Michael worked as a banker with the British bank Barclays Bank Plc for six years, mainly in branch operations and risk management. His primary responsibility at the Division of Equity and Inclusion include providing administrative and financial support to all units under the division including managing the daily operations in the Vice President’s office.
